Co-founders Helen & Jean-François Bizalion met in New York City and desiring a change from city-life, they pursued their common passion for food and the outdoors, by moving to the Berkshires and opening Bizalion’s Fine Food in 2003. Celeste Joffe joined in 2017 and is also part-owner and manages the store & café. Celeste’s profound talent, creativity and resilience is the driving force of our longevity.
